I have been going to this specific office space for 25 years — my entire life. I have seen four different dentists in my time there, and Dr. Ruby continues to give the standard excellent level of care as those before her. She is kind, smart, she’s funny and made me feel so comfortable. I have some medical trauma, so being in an office and not being scared or nervous is such a breath of fresh air. The dental assistants are equally as great, Tara is a character is i’m happy to see her every time. From Karen and Colleen at the desk to Dr. Ruby, everyone here is so nice and want to accomplish one goal: help their patients. I was sad to see Dr. Patten leave, but i know i am in amazing caring hands at Hampstead Smiles. Thank you all for the work you put in to make our visits easy!

Hampstead Smiles is a great practice! Hygienist Jessica and Dr Ruby are wonderful! I’ve had a fear of the dentist going back to childhood. As an adult it has always been difficult to stick with the 6 month check-ups. Since meeting Dr Ruby and her team I no longer dread going! Jessica is so personable and friendly. When I had cavities just before covid I told Dr Ruby how anxious the thought of getting them filled made me. The appointment was cancelled until after thing s settled a bit with covid and when I arrived to my appointment was so kind and sensitive to my anxiousness. She had made note in my chart about how anxious I was about this and the first thing she asked was how I was feeling. She reassured me every step of the way through the fillings and made sure multiple times I was doing ok. She is also a ROCK STAR at novocaine, I didn’t feel a thing.
I am so comfortable going to the dentist now that I go every three months for a cleaning!
The office is clean, comfortable and inviting.
I see social media posts from the office from time to time of staff and their office happenings they radiate happiness and joy… that happiness and joy reflects when you walk through the door and take a seat in their chair.
I highly recommend Hampstead Smiles and Dr Ruby for anyone that may be leery of going to the dentist!

All the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and extremely talented at what they do. They are attentive to your needs and I felt no discomfort during my procedure. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I am so happy to have found Hampstead Smiles. Their kindness, compassion and professionalism is incredible! I have ignored my dental health for far too long, and the whole staff treated me with kindness and never judged me. I now have a plan in place to bring my teeth back to health!!! Thank you everyone at Hampstead Smiles!!! I will sing your praises to everyone I know!!!!

I have had natural childbirth 3 times and would rather do that again than have a tooth filled! I saw Dr Ruby on Monday for 2 fillings wow she was amazing. I was shaking cold and clammy. She gave me a weighted blanket and talked me through it. Thanks Dr Ruby I may be back every 6 months instead of every 3 years
